15-day trial
CoreNebula workspaces can begin with a self-serve 15-day trial started instantly online, or a guided trial opened with Nebulix setup support. The trial period is recorded on the company subscription record.
Trial users should evaluate the real workflows, users, roles, documents, reports, and migration needs before paid activation.
Paid activation
Paid subscriptions are activated by Nebulix after commercial terms are agreed, or, where offered, through self-serve online payment for a published CoreNebula plan. Billing is handled through a Nebulix-controlled payment provider, invoice, or written agreement; CoreNebula itself never stores payment card details.
Plan limits and paid access controls may include users, companies, modules, exports, documents, support level, and deployment model.
Renewal and failed payments
Renewal dates, payment terms, and taxes are defined in the applicable order, invoice, checkout, or written agreement.
If payment fails or a subscription is not renewed, Nebulix may restrict paid features, suspend access, or cancel the workspace after notice where appropriate.
Upgrades and private rollout
Upgrades, private deployment, migration, training, or priority support may require separate pricing and written approval.
